SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are usually shown and included in the order price. We reserve the right not to confirm the order and agree with the customer on additional costs in the event that the shipment is to be made to disadvantaged areas/smaller islands, destination countries that require the payment of taxes, customs duties or additional costs for personalized delivery services. For the following areas, the costs for customs operations will be charged to the customer after the purchase for final confirmation of the order:
LIVIGNO and CAMPIONE D'ITALIA: € 35 up to 5 units per shipment
For the following Remote Areas an additional shipping cost will be applied for each unit purchased:
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA and MELILLA: € 120.00
BALEARIC ISLANDS: € 15.00
CORSICA: € 59.00
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments are normally prepared by our logistics within 2 working days from receipt of the order. Any delays caused by complications and impediments not foreseeable by Tommychairs will be attributable to causes of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) and cannot be a reason for dispute.
Tommychairs reserves the right to notify the customer if processing times exceed the 2 working days deadline for any reason.
Delivery times are estimated at 2-3 working days in Italy and 5-10 working days in other European countries. Any delays caused by complications and impediments not foreseeable by Tommychairs will be attributable to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) and cannot be a reason for dispute.
Tommychairs reserves the right to notify the customer if delivery times exceed the expected time limit for any reason.
